Game Reschedule Process
Here's the process to reschedule games:
1. Reach out to the opposing coach, copying the Age Group Coordinator in order to find a mutually agreeable time.
2. When the date and time is settled, send an email to the Age Group Coordinator, with the following people copied:
- Referee Director (Austin Franklin)
- Travel Director (Jeff Vodov)
- Field Coordinator (Andrew Thomas until new coordinator found)
3. Enter the information in the Reschedule sheet - https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1v2v0JdcrIrqfS-HHUeKT9FtA635EAlYtGCzQ6agnvC0/edit?usp=drivesdk
4. Once approved by the Referee Director and Field Coordinator, email the Age Group Coordinator.
5. The Age Group Coordinator will then reach out to the NVYSL Grade Director asking for the change.
**Be sure to keep these emails on one thread and refer to the Game ID in the subject.
