The Revolution Academy is one of the most innovative youth training programs in Major League Soccer, recognized by U.S. Soccer as one of the top 10 youth development programs in the country. The Revolution Academy trains players in every aspect of the game, including ball mastery, speed of play, coordination and balance. The Revolution Academy's Direction, Philosophy, Vision and Success are based on three key words:
EDUCATE. CONNECT. INSPIRE.
Educate – Teaching, coaching and educating players, coaches, parents and organizations in an environment that is always challenging, professional, competitive and fun.
Connect – Connecting our brand with your organization's brand. Developing the understanding of the connection with the Revolution as a club, from the 1st team, youth teams and Kraft organization.
Inspire – Driven to inspire all players to be the best players they can be, along with organizations to be the best they can be.
Harvard Soccer Club partners with the New England Revolution Academy on age-appropriate development methodologies. We benefit from their inputs on program structure and a "teach the teachers" approach to coaching development. HSC youth teams will typically have a Revs Academy coach present at one practice per week to provide guidance to parent coaches or directly lead training activities.
